Andrew Cain (Andrew C)1This is one of the most poorly managed Bank of America branches. There's always a line out the door for tellers at this branch and they run out of cash frequently! Nothing like waiting in line for 38 minutes to get to a teller just to find out you can't withdraw cash. No wonder why this branch has such poor ratings and such a high employee turnover rate!

Jacqueline Arroliga5Rose the bank manager was amazing! We literally had only minutes left before closing on our first home loan and she helped us out sooooo much! She is extremely professional, helpful and kind. Although the bank was about to close, she never rushed us and only reassured us that everything would be ok and that I would be able to get my cashier's check on time. All managers in all banks should have her dedication and customer service. She is a true example of a leader. Thank you so much for everything! Without your help we wouldn't have been able to close on our house today. She makes me proud to be a BofA customer!

Katia Ribacenko1The teller Kathy was loudly and disrespectfully expressing her personal opinions about people receiving EDD benefits. While I understand that we all have our opinions, at the bank I do not expect to be privy to politically-charged judgmental statements from bank tellers. I hope the branch will train their employees to conduct their duties more professionally.

Joy Dubey5The banking officer Toan Ta is amazing. We wanted to deposit a check which my kid received as a scholarship from school. Mr Ta came up, understood our request, helped us open a student account, taught him Do's & Don'ts. Very kind, humble and yet professional bank officer. I would strongly recommend him and the bank. The best compliment to the service was when my kid mentioned he is happy because once a grown up made him feel like a real customer and not just a kid... Lol.

justin cormier1Very long lines. Not enough tellers. Would reccomend using another branch before this one. Edit - BofA just suggested I use an ATM... Wish I had thought of that.... I required a teller. I suggest BofA staff more tellers on high demand hours, my approach will save customers time but cost BofA $.
