  Where do I start. Teri is incredible! She does the research and analysis of the loans, terms and rates that we should consider. Her follow up was timely and allowed us the secure the lowest rates available at that time. Extremely thorough giving us the confidence our loan was ready to go.   This is the second time I've used Teri for obtaining a mortgage. I can truly say that each time Teri has made what can be a very stressful process, smooth and easy to manage. What I like is that she is easily accessible, very responsive to texts, phone calls and emails. There's no waiting a longtime for a reply and this gives peace of mind. For example when we were doing the signing and there were questions Teri answers the phone immediately. She has a very human person to person manner and one doesn't have the annoyance of some robotic type interactions I've experienced elsewhere. She is also very knowledgeable and gives good advice. She knows the business and goes out of way to explain endless questions! You know you're dealing with a professional who knows the business and you feel she's working hard to get you the best experience and rates possible. Highly recommend this lender.
