  William Figueroa, my Bay Equity Loan Officer, was amazing! He helped guide me through what I needed to do to qualify for a mortgage, as a new retiree. I wasn't sure if I would be able to get the house I wanted on my retirement income, but William showed me what I needed to do, and was the key factor in a successful outcome! Terrific and timely communication all through the process, despite being three time zones apart at the time, William kept me in the loop, and I always knew what was happening and what I needed to do. I give William my highest recommendation and will recommend him to family and friends who are looking for mortgage financing. I'm loving the new-to-me house! Thanks again William!

  For a mortgage, I doubt it can be any more hassle free than this. John was great, I used him for my mortgage and my refinance. All the required documents were listed upfront in an online portal and it was easy to upload them and keep track of the process.

  Bay Equity started out the loan process very well, however as we needed to send more paperwork to them it was obvious the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Once the loan was finalized the loan was sold to Wells Fargo. Had we known this was going to happen we would have gone with a different lender. Very disappointed with Bay Equity.
