  Everything was cool until I thought I made my last payment. And I was told i still owed over $500. They never told me I was accruing late fees. I was sending off on time payments but their mail wasn't on time. I was told the whole time I was just paying off late fees and interest. And nothing was really going towards my loan. The lady i talked to on the phone was very rude and unprofessional as well. I learned my lesson 👌👌

  Thought I had a great relationship with this company but after thinking I had made my last payment they told me I still owed more. This company always sends me post cards but couldn't tell me I was incurring late fees because they didn't say it had to be in office before they closed. I am very unhappy with this company that I have sent many customers to. I will never do business or send another customer this way. You all have my number if you really want to reach out to me. Please no more post cards about us having a great business relationship.

  If you are in need of a small loan call them. Amber was very professional and extremely organized. We are repeat customers and highly recommend them

  My sister recently passed away and so obviously missed a payment. When I contacted them, they told me the last they heard from her she was in Hospice(!) and they still tried to repossess her car while she was dying. Their communication was rude and crass, and they had no compassion about her or my family's situation. Amber was horrible, Ginna was more reasonable. Stay away from these people, you have been warned!

  I wished that I had never taken a loan out on this company, well am behind on one payment. They came and took my car and I was told when I called the office that I needed $395.00 to bring it current before I could get my vehicle and plus I have to pay the towing company $450.00. First of I have been in contact with the company and explained to them my financial situation and why I fell behind. I sent in money, I need my car to get back and forth to work but now that I can be able to pay them back. But I can't get to work so I may lose my job.

  Frank Gannon has no people skills. He is rude and insults his customers. It doesn't matter what we may all be carrying on our shoulders we all have crosses to bear, but it doesn't give us the right to treat them any differently than we expect to be treated. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Frank Gannon may have the power to give, but if you don't know what will set him off then just think about what he could do if he could take it away. If you go here I'd watch your back!!
