  I have to say that after 8 years with my Previous Company- I wasn’t an easy recruit. Not only do I have 35 years in the mortgage banking industry - I’m not big on change. I literally Live on an Island in the Florida Keys. Troy was exceptionally adept at anticipating my panic. I’m 54 living island - Not 28 years old with lots of room for change.   Troy is awesome! Troy helped me through every step of the recruitment phase while being hired at Guaranteed Rate as Mortgage Loan Officer. He has a wealth of knowledge relating to the job and what it entails. He also had a plethora of info for the extensive training that this company who hired me is offering. I was very impressed because multiple times he was available by phone to help clarify some important legal forms that had to be signed in order to accept the position and answer general questions.   Surveys have said the three most important things employees value in working for a company are not even money but are feeling appreciated, having group equity or a say in what goes on around the office and work life balance. Troy was able to position me in a company that offered all this in addition to improving my overall earnings. Very impressed and feel like one doesn’t know what is out there until they hear options available. Highly recommend.
