      We have had the best experience with a financial institution. Kathy the branch manager is amazing. She helps us with our business account every time we need help and Iberia has even financed a commercial property purchase for us. Highly recommend this bank.

      Awful bank - management is clueless - have poor money management skills. just ask simple questions like - Interest Rate vs. APR: What's the Difference? they have no idea. bank manger can't answer it.

      Horrible branch. Staff doesn't know what they are doing. Branch manager does nothing to help. Spent over 2 hrs. there trying to negotiate a better money market rate. Still haven't received any statements or blank checks. Main office passes you from person to person. No one will assist. They just tell you to go back to the branch. Will close my account. Go elsewhere.

      They have no idea how to manage money, no customer service , branch employees have no idea what they are doing. No communication at all. no 24 hour service line to call. Just a bad bank ....
