  I have worked with Jerry Torch when I purchased my condo 4 years ago, when I bought my house recently and sold my condo. He was referred to me by a family member, who also spoke very highly of him when they worked together. From start to end, Jerry has been a pleasure to work with. He knows his properties and comes prepared when showing homes. He does what you ask when it comes time to negotiate, but also advises on how best to finesse a negotiation. I would definitely work with Jerry again in the future and would recommend him to anyone I know searching for a home.

  I never liked this real estate company when they managed the co-op that I live in. Any issue that I had the property manager would just ignore even though we were paying them tons of money to manage the property. Turns out that property manager was stealing tons of money from the co-op, taking kickbacks, misappropriating funds, hiring unlicensed companies to do work and selling co-op equipment and property. Now my co-op has booted them and gotten another company to take over. Absolutely disgusting!

  This is for the property management department. Owning my townhouse for over 20 years I can assure you that you will be paying a pricey maintenance fee every month for nothing. Maintenance fees are gradually increasing too! They painted the deck once in the past 20 years, and do a careless job at shoveling snow in the winter, during the fall leaves get blown into my air conditioning unit. And now recently they hassle you to get your chimney swept. Even if you did get it cleaned you have to dig around your house to fax them a receipt to prove that you did. Wake up people those of you who are owners at Guard Hill know exactly what I'm saying.

  I have been working with the property management side of the business at Barhite for the past year. I trim trees and landscape for many of their buildings in Westchester. The managers are a pleasure to work with and always pay me and my staff immediately. It is always a great experience and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to hire property managers.

  I LOVE THIS TEAM!!! I was looking for a new house, away from the hustle and bustle of nyc. I worked with Ashley and Chris, and they were outstanding. They found me the exact houses, and neighborhoods I was looking for. Not only were they helpful, they were so friendly!!! I felt like I was hanging out with friends, rather than realtors. Also an added bonus, they did NOT pressure me at all. They did not harass and bombard me with phone calls, unlike other realtors. Thank you barhite and Holzinger! But most importantly, THANK YOU ASHLEY CAPUTO AND CHRIS DEMPSEY. You guys are the BEST!!! P.S. thanks for my new beautiful house!!!

  Being first time home buyers is stressful in itself working with Ashley made our whole experience exactly what we needed.   Humiliating experience by the treatment of Francis Morris discriminatory practices won’t show us any properties coming up with lame excuses and generally rude by phone - and apparently lying and trolling based on the response to this review. Definitely I’d stay away from this company specially when there’re so many great ones around.

  You asked to see a property. You were then asked for a pre-approval as the owner requested all people seeing the home be pre approved and screened, you did not like that and hung up the phone. This is standard practice.
