  Caring managers and personnel .Very professional, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make life easier for you. Kim and Tina are the best. They always make the time to explain and find out what works best for you. Hazel is the sweetest teller there. So pleasant and welcoming when she helps you.

  Honestly, i really like the staff at this Chase branch a lot. Every time i come to this branch, the bankers and the tellers are so nice, they say hello to me, and they even ask if i need help with anything. A couple of weeks ago, i called the number to this branch to ask if there's someone available to do notaries or am i better off coming in the next day. The man i spoke to said that someone is available to do notaries until the bank closes at 6 PM. About 40 minutes later, i walked to the Tuckahoe metro north station to catch my train thinking that it would arrive in a few minutes, but when i checked the board, it said that the next train will arrive at 5:44 PM and it was 5:20 PM when i got there. So i called this branch again, but a different person picked up the phone when i told them that person i spoke to 40 minutes ago told me that the person is available to do notaries until 6 PM. This other man i spoke to asked me where i was, then i told him that i'm at the Tuckahoe metro north station that will go one stop to Bronxville. Then, the man said that i didn't have anything to worry about followed by assuring me that the person will still be there when i get there in a few minutes since i'm one stop away. When i got to this branch, a lady named Kim saw me. I asked her if she's the one who'll do the notaries and she said yes. As a result, it was smooth sailing. Kim notarized 3 papers which took 10 to 15 minutes. No hassles, no hick-ups, and no problems. Apart from this situation, i go to this branch often to deposit money and/or withdraw money from my checking account. Plus, the great thing about this branch is that they're open a Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm since the Chase branch at Tuckahoe never opens on Saturdays. :)

  Always delay, 10-15 minute to wait until staff finishes chatting. Same every time I come here.
