She provided useful information for savings, tips on closing costs, and much more. The best part is she was available nearly 24/7, it got to a point I felt I was asking too many questions!   Barb was great to work with. We needed a pre-approval quickly before COVID blew up in Illinois at the end of March as our previous one from chase bank was expired/more than 6 months old. She was able to secure us one on a Sunday night so we could submit our offer the next morning. Throughout the process, she would consistently check in through text and emails. She would answer any questions we may have had at the time. Organized and clear in communication. Made the home buying process a breeze. Her colleague, Syed, collected and communicated all of the documents we needed and provided more time for each one needed. Can’t recommend Barb enough!
