  When I first heard about the 18 month interest free credit card and that you could do balance transfers from other credit cards, I contacted Courtney Martin with questions. She answered all my questions in a timely manner, went over what credit card was the best option for me, and made the application process a breeze. I will refer anyone I know looking for a credit card to her!

  Last week they wouldn't let me update my joint owner's address on the account-- weird but whatever... Today I messaged the online portal to close my account, they instructed me to call a certain number.... So I call and he can't close my account because it has a balance... He transferred me and it hung up. This is the experience just about every time I call. I wouldn't bank here if you live out of town. Monthly fees for checking, $100 to start a savings, inconvenient phone calls and online banking is a mess... just go to SIU CU.

  Great place to bank even a recently been having a lot of troubles with my bank every time I go up there seems that the ATM is out of order when I am in desperate need of cash but other than that I don't have any problems with my bank. We recommend anyone who's looking for someone to bank with Choose this bank.
