  Pretty good staff. Roger Stanley is the best worker there. They are fast and always remember me, even though I live in Hawaii. However, the only issue I had there was they put a hold on all of my money for 2 weeks. I had to borrow money from someone else for the time being otherwise I would have been screwed!

  This BANK is ridiculous. My boyfriend got a check, and they decide to question a check every time we go try to cash it. Is getting to be ridiculous, his father's in the st Louis hospital, with cancer. And of course he knows one of the only workers up there that know he's there and she tries helping out all the time. But I was really counting on this money today. I had the opportunity to go see my child that lives in Tennessee and the bank of Herrin has to be closed. Like it's the 2nd. Not the first. This is outstandingly ridiculous. Thanks to the bank of freaking Herrin not wanting to be open on the second of January.

  In business it's costly to purchase software and offer competitive pay as you grow. The Bank of Herrin made it easy to complete our business loan process. As we grow, we will always turn to the Bank of Herrin for our needs.

  What bank closes at 4? Never in the 40 years alive have I seen a bank close at 4!

  You can tell small town when they can't even support lobby service on Saturday. I guess they do not realize working folk most often can not get to the bank on a weekday.
