A V1My account went dormant after no activity for a year. There was no warning, my money was just gone. Online support said I need to print paperwork and mail it in to get my account reactivated. I am so happy this wasn't much money, and that I never did any real banking at Banner. They should be called Bummer Bank. STCU or BECU are far better!

Mandie Clarke1After 4 years of never missing a credit card payment. They decided to cancel me when I missed one payment. I told the lady on the phone I was in the bank parking lot at my local branch and will be getting it taken care of today and to please not call me as I’m working with my local branch. She said yep, I’ll call you everyday until it’s paid in a nasty tone and hung up on me. I walked into my local branch and the branch manager was on the phone with the lady who was on the phone with me proceeded to cancel my credit card. AFTER 4 YEARS OF NEVER MISSING A PAYMENT. Absolutely appalled with their customer service. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

Paula Davis1Called the bank for 2 days before I could talk to a live person. When I finally talked to them they told me what to do to accomplish my request. Drove across town to deliver the document. They laughed and said that was a waste of time. Rude service to say the least.

Jordan Paine5Most helpful staff ever. When some one stole my wallet and used my debit card as credit. They had no issue giving me all the money that was stolen back to me with hardly no questions asked they are amazing best bank I have ever been a member with.

Nathaniel Ray2Had a really hard time getting a cashiers check here. Still not sure if the issue was this branch or my other bank, but I felt the manager was very impatient with me as I tried to sort everything out over the phone. She kept trying to shoe me in the corner. The younger tellers were nice, but watch out for the short lady with dark hair.

djshoe505I can't believe I found the perfect bank!!! I was with us bank for 10+ years and about a year ago they started charging 10.95 a month just to bank there. I was furious. When I called them and said I will go somewhere else, they ACTUALLY said "OK", "GOOD LUCK". Unbelievable! Then I found BANNER BANK, and not only do they actually PAY you to use their visa check card, they refund EVERY PENNY of any ATM fee not associated with their own ATM'S. LOVE THIS BANK!!!! Only downside(which is minor), is their customer service is not 24hours like bigger banks. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO EVERYONE IN THE UPPER NORTHWEST!! GO THERE AND SEE!!!!!

Kayse Massad1Worst bank. Got a letter in the mail stating they were gonna close my account out. I gave them a call and was told that it wasnt gonna be closed. Go to see if my check was available and what do you know they closed my account. Beyond done with this bank. Run as far as possible or this could happen to you.

Callmewhat Youwill1The branch manager here is so rude and unhelpful. I avoid this location even though it's the closest, but I had to go in today and was treated like an annoyance by her sidekick because my needing help interrupted their gossip session.
