Elliott's fishing and other adventures1I opened an account at this bank many years ago just to hold little amounts as it came in. I recommended it to everyone because it was the only true fee free bank. This bank was my safety net. Then I got a letter saying all the accounts would have fees unless you jumped through the hoops. So I looked at my accounts to see if I could make these hoops work and found they had been draining my savings. No remorse, no help, I closed my accounts today. They won't miss me though either because with the stipulations they only want the bigger business. Oh and the kicker? I just closed all 3 accounts by only telling them my first and last name. I walked away with cash without showing my Id

Andrew Newell2Dreadful bank...don't bank here...I wish Costco could have picked a better bank to process my loan through. I've been through a ton of banks, and these guys are awful.
