Pam Johnston5I have been banking with banner bank in Corning since they opened. Both business and personal. On a business level they allowed me to call ahead orders to have my change needs ready and got me thru the line quickly so I could get back to my business timely. On a personal level, they are amazing. I have done my personal banking with them for years but last year I moved to Texas. I thought I would have to change my bank, which made me sad, but I asked a lot of questions and was able to continue my banking with them with no problem. They always answer my questions by phone when needed, changed info on account timely and send my checks timely when ordered over phone. The online banking and direct deposit has been so easy. I think all the time that I would change to a local bank in Texas but I can’t. This bank and their employees have been so supportive and helpful to all my banking needs. My favorites are Melody and Joy. They always give the best customer service. Thank you banner bank for the commitment you give your customers. Pamela nethington.

Michael Moller4I have a personal account and my Moller Realty Group business accounts with Banner Bank. I have been banking at this location since the first bank, Mid Valley Bank opened at this location. When Banner Bank took over many of the employees stayed on and some new ones have come and gone. Overall I am giving Banner Bank 4 stars because I have had a few not so great experiences with some of the newer employees. There is one former employee that was exceptional and that was Catherine "Katy" Thoma. There was some attempted fraudulent activity on one of my accounts and Banner Bank's office in Washington and Katy Thoma were on top of the situation and prevented the fraud from taking place. I felt totally protected by Banner Bank's actions and Katy's expertise in dealing with the situation. Another exceptional employee is Joi Evans. Joi lives up to her name and joyfully greets me each and every time at the drive up window or her teller station. Joi makes it a pleasure to do business with Banner Bank. Joi understands customer service and goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer of Banner Bank.

Emi Azevedo3This gets 3 stars only cause their Lending Officer, Jody, is AMAZING! We're buying our first home and she is always a text away! Though when we opened a new bank account with Colette, she wasn't friendly at all. She asked if I wanted to put my husband onto the account after we had already started and I said that we could, she insisted then when we did she was flustered by the paper work and shook her head the whole time, then made him primary without asking when I had been there for nearly 30 minutes opening up the account. She wasn't very nice, and didn't make Banner Bank look well.

Ashley Johnson1Everyone else I have dealt with at the bank while my mom was alive has always been great , the only reason I am even giving one star is because of other employees always being so kind. However after my mother passed I went in there and the employee Colette was absolutely horrible to deal with rude impatient during such a difficult time. Definitely not a good representation of this bank would never bank here or refer people due to her poor customer service because I work in customer service and have worked at a credit union and cant imagine being allowed to treat customers that way.

nannygrama4I've always gotten my checks free with a senior account, and with Banner Bank there's an expensive shipping charge when I get them. The ATM is out of order pretty often. The employees are nice. Joi is awesome!! I don't like how the ATM is in the back by the alley; I would feel safer if it was on the Solano Street side.
