  I wanted to make a transfer over the phone to my landlord’s account because I’m out of the country and I need to pay the rent for when I come back and in banner bank Moses lake they could not help me because for that they said I need to be there or do automatic payment. I had been doing the transfer over the phone for over 3 years. I called banner bank in Wenatchee they helped me right away.

  Been using them for a few years now. There are some customer service issues with the 800 number, but that's nothing unexpected. I've never had anything but a positive experience working with the tellers in both the Moses Lake and Everett locations. They are my primary financial institution of choice. I was glad to see them move out here.

  The 800 number sends you in circles for long lengths of time that you don't need to waste since most of the questions will get you referred back to your local branch. If your local branch phones are busy you end up back in the 800 number que and wait wait wait. The Moses Lake branch though is friendly and helpful if you can reach them especially Rebecca. Thank you for your help after being so frustrated!! Good job

  Eli was very kind. She went above and beyond to help us get what we needed quickly. Thanks to her we got everything we needed to close on our first home in time. Thank you Eli!

  The ladies that work there always seem so bothered, make me feel uncomfortable cause they are usually snooty! I've had my bank account there for a little over a year and I live the online banking, that's the only thing keeping me with this bank!

  Worst possible small bank to do business at. Will not return calls and will not work with established clients. More options and same service at any large banking institution.
