  This is the most helpful bank I have ever been to! They ALWAYS remember my name and have helped me out with countless problems I've had. They even saved me from FRAUD!! I can't say that about any other bank. The employees are the nicest people and are always friendly and helpful. They pay all ATM fees to make up for their lack of ATM machines and mobile banking is really easy! I can deposit checks from my phone and I don't have to worry about making it to the bank by closing. Banner Bank is most definitely the best banking experience I've ever had. I'm never switching! Don't listen to the one star review, they don't know what they're talking about.

  I’ve been a customer here for many years. The bank manager and some of the staff have been here the whole time. The manager is a fixture in the community, and cares about everyone. They’ve always gone the extra mile for me.

  I love this bank , Dave is very courteous and respectful branch manager. All the employees are so accurate and kind with awesome customer service. The manager collected all professionals in his branch. Highly recommended We do appreciate banking with you.

  Well on the contrary to the first review above I have found Banner Bank to be the first bank were I felt welcomed and appreciated. As far as the deposits go, stick them in the night drop and they post first thing in the morning. They pay "ALL" ATM fees so I never have to worry about where to find an ATM without getting charged. There is never a line when I do go inside and they always remember my name. Can't say that about any other bank I have ever been to. I get cash rewards for my debit card and never a wait when I need to speak to online banking customer service!!!! To the reviewer above I recommend a pre-paid card from 7-11 if you seem to have OD issues cuz well they are always open and its only $5 to load your card to take care of your last minute finance issues next time.

  I go out of my way every week to use this bank. The ladies working are amazing and always willing to help. Banner bank in Redmond would be much closer for me however they have horrible service. I would rather go 10 minutes each way out of the way to come here.

  This is the best bank ever, great employees. Very good service. Whoever the guy is who paid $90 for free checking overdrew his account several times. Nonsense Banner Bank is No. 1 for me

  I was tired of the predatory practices of the big banks so I opened a FREE checking account at Banner thinking that they might be different. Then I found out that unlike B of A and Chase, their ATM machines are not set up to take deposits! STRIKE ONE!...You have to go INTO the bank to make a deposit and they are only open until five Monday thru Thursday and six on Friday and NOT AT ALL on the weekend!...STRIKE TWO!... Therefore, if you can't make it to the bank by the time they close there is no way you can make a deposit to cover checks and automatic payments that are coming through. Since you can't make a deposit and the processing happens overnight you end up with a negative balance the next morning and they charge you a $30 fee for each item that wasn't covered! STRIKE THREE!...My "FREE" checking account cost me $90! If I had been able to make a deposit the night before, this would not have happened. In addition, if you use your other bank account check to make a deposit, they don't give you credit until it clears and they charge you a $30 fee to pay for the item you are covering!...Don't let their folksy smiles fool you, they know that if you can't make a deposit and you can't use your own accounts to transfer money then they can charge overdraft fee's! They are just as predatory as the big banks, the only difference is that they smile when they screw you over!

  This bank and it's staff gets it done for their customers!! Not open on weekends but downtown Kirkland branch now has a secured, inside-the-bank ATM only accessible with your credit/debit card for after hours activity. Yay!!!
