alicia zamudio1I hate the Richland branch always the people are being stuck up. I always have to wait over 10 mins while Carrying my daughter when's there's 2 people that have no customers that can help me. I went thro the drive thru and the lady gave my card to the lady at there other window and her's mine. The Attendant decided to give me lip over why I was upset. Needless to say I gave that B a piece of my mind

Paula Soria5The staff is friendly and it's nice that you are familiar to them. I get all my questions answered and rapidly. One time I was told they did not have an answer and they would call me back later in the day. I really did not expect a call back and anticipated I would need to revisit them tomorrow. BUT I did get a call back. I was pleasantly surprised.
