  Tried to wire funds ( we had cash several thousand dollars) through my significant others account for a very important transaction that was closing today and they would not do the transaction even though the account was in good standing. It just hadnt been used for anything but cashing a check a couple times a year. We went to Bank of America, who we dont bank with and they were more helpful. Giving us several options to take care of our problem. Banner bank has been very good to me the last 5 years but since the merger they had in the last couple years it has gone down hill with there customer service. We are closing accounts as soon as possible.

  Nice enough bank, quick and friendly service. Been operating through them for two years and haven't had an issue. One minor annoyance is the lack of a walk-up ATM.

  Everybody is very nice and greet you immediately at the door and if there ever is a problem they can fix it immediately also very about their business and I appreciate that
