  What can I say about NAF that isn’t obvious from the first interactions with this team? If you call, you’ll notice their friendly staff who is beyond responsive. That’s not really why you’re reading reviews though…you want to know what kind of people make up NAF. Simple- Dave assembled a team of caring professionals who are knowledgeable in their craft and are able to break down these complicated topics into bite size pieces. They were with us every step of the way and never failed to pick up the phone or respond to a text. You might shop around and find a slightly better financial setup, but you open yourself to all sorts of unforeseen things. NAF will help you close on time and without any last minute hidden fees.

  I recently had an opportunity to work with Rob Hallum and I can honestly say that I have no regrets and I would recommend this company to anyone who appreciates fantastic experience with real estate transactions. They made my home refinance easy and hassle free. The transaction closed with less than half the time that I expected. I also liked the way they involved us in the process and decision making.   I was impressed with the strong communication Dave provided. Throughout our transaction I never had to wonder what the status of my client or transaction was. Dave was direct, on time (closed early), was able to break each task down for my Buyers, and had a great sense of humor. Looking forward to working with him again!

  I am so glad that I chose to work with Rob for my very first home loan. It was a process that I have always been pretty fearful of starting. Rob helped us prepare for every step of the way, above and beyond. He was proactive with every step, reaching out to help me, guiding me and my husband through an arduous process, which really helped make it painless. Throughout the whole transaction, Rob was honest, responsive, and earnest. He would reach out to answer all of my questions, and inform us of where our transaction was at! We never felt alone in this process, and he really cares about getting you what you want! I felt confident that Rob prepped us and his team for every step and outcome, I felt confident in his ability to close our home for us, which now have been in for two weeks!   Dave and his team at New American Funding are great to work with! We had one of the easiest processes that either my wife or I have dealt with. Frankly, it was nearly as easy as getting a car! If you are looking for help with a loan, go to Dave Gardner!

  Straight up incredible. We worked with Taylor and since it's our first house, there was a lot to take in. She helped us understand everything going on, was super responsive no matter when we called, and NAF closes super fast which is part of why our offer was accepted over a competing offer. I can't recommend them enough, you will not find a better lender anywhere.
