  Shane and his team are incredible to work with. Honestly as long as he is doing mortgages we would never consider using anyone else, and he's the only person I would recommend for the job. We've used him twice now and each experience was pleasant, professional, and very timely. His process is very streamlined. We are in the south King/north Pierce county area and still used him, even though their office is in Lynnwood. In fact we are a little late with this review.... we bought our house about 7 months ago and for whatever reason me and my wife were thinking about the fact we never posted a review, so here I am. Thanks Shane and team for great customer service!!!

  Shane and his team made an effort to work with us on a personal level so that we knew what needed to be done, and they knew how life gets in the way of exact timelines. His team was proactive with communications and kept us informed of when key decisions needed to be made to keep the same estimated numbers. If anything changed, we knew about it right away. We had no surprises, and with finances, clear expectations and no surprises are critically important. Shane and his team don't take chances in these areas. Overall, the refinance process was as expected or beyond expectations. We had a great experience, and we will definitely look to Shane and his team for any future needs.
