Unfortunately, I didn't have a grate experienceat with this specific branch. Drive through always take no less then 15 -20 min after they start transaction for simple thing like deposit, forget if you need to take cash out. Been to this branch few times, so its not like just once. I don't know if that's helpful for anyone, but for my banking needs definitely will not come back.

      Response from the owner

Hi Nicole, thank you for letting us know about your experience. It sounds like there is room for us to improve. We will send your feedback to branch management for review.

We had our commercial accounts, our personal accounts, our business line of credit, even our mortgage at one of the large consumer banks, (Starts with a W ends with an F ). I got bent over a bike rack there, and they refused to solve a huge problem they had created. That was the last straw, so I went down the street to Banner Bank. I met Cheryl there and told her how much I hated banks, she said "Let me see what I can do to change that." and then went to our "consumer bank" (sounds like Hells Cargo) and personally transferred all our accounts to Banner. Banner Bank gave us a better interest rate on our business loan, better returns on our investment accounts, and welcomed us to a world of responsible banking we had not seen in decades. We have never looked back. I am continually amazed at the magic Banner can provide when we need them most. We recommend Banner to everyone we know, and do not have words to explain our complete satisfaction, and loyalty to Banner Bank. And they did it again this morning. We lost a CREDIT card over the weekend, and when we called it in to the credit card customer service center, they cancelled my DEBIT card even though I gave them the credit card account number. I found out the following day that the CREDIT card was still active so I called again and they cancelled that as well, telling me that I now had no access to either CREDIT or DEBIT the day before we leave to go on a 5 day road trip. Two hours on the phone with the card company trying to solve their error to no avail. This morning I went to Banner Bank and Cheryl solved it in 5 minutes. My debit card has been re-activated, (I was told a number of times by the card company that couldn't be done under any circumstance ) and a new credit card on the way. THANK YOU AGAIN BANNER BANK! Banking as banking SHOULD BE! Just another example of one company, (unlike so many others,) that understands the importance of professional service, and of keeping quality employees like Cheryl, and giving them the power to make decisions in the best interest of the clients.

I'd seen some mediocre reviews about Banner but decided to open an account and give them a try anyway, because I was frustrated with the lack of service I'd been getting from that big bank in Charlotte, not to mention its general ethics. This was about 6 months ago. I've received nothing but polite and helpful service both in this branch and on the phone. Banking is so much easier than it is with a big bank that has annoying automated phone systems and a labyrinth of rules. A huge error I'd made on a deposit was caught and fixed before I got back down there. The online banking site may not look as snazzy as some of the behemoth sites, but you can pay bills online just fine, and the fact is the simple pages load more quickly, and I've seen nothing in the way of errors and outages, as opposed to my old bank. I do online banking all the time and much prefer this site over the old bank's. The other worry was finding ATMs. Banner rebates ATM fees, so instead of 2 charges like you see on other accounts, you see the rebate and are out only the money you received from the ATM. I now have both personal and business accounts there and couldn't be happier.

Awesome to work with in every way. These people know what its like to treat people with kindness and warmth- instead of feeling like numbered cattle I am treated like a real person. Love banking here!
