  The lady Karen is prejudice, randomly calling me about a check saying she wanted to make sure if it was a real check, gives false information, calling my tax prep making sure I wasn’t lying about my check. This location is horrible if I could give it 0 stars I would.

  Put me on speaker phone and I could hear people eating in background. Not very professional. And....can't cash checks over a few thousand dollars. Seems like they aren't a real bank.

  I opened an account with these guys on a Thursday. I have a 733 credit score and I'm not reported to any agencies like ChexSystems. Saturdy I went to pull out $20 and my account had been blocked, they couldn't see my balance, and they had no explanation for me. I was left without money illegally and for no reason. Tuesday I get a letter saying they are exercising their right to not give me an account and they will cut me a check for my balance by mid February. VERY SCARY. Avoid this bank.
