  Some key professional characteristics I deem necessary to have in long-term business relationships are knowledgeability, honesty, integrity, & great customer service while keeping the customer in mind. It’s getting rare these days to come across these things as a whole; however, BankTennessee, with Stephen Key as a key player, fits the bill, and therefore has earned my trust to do business thus far.   I have been banking with Bank Tennessee in Lebanon for the past 7 years. I chose this Bank because of their location and the atmosphere which had such a great hometown feel. The staff was very friendly and the manager Stephen provided great options for a CD and more recently I was able to get a pre-approval for a home loan in under 24 hours. I have come to know and trust that my money is in good hands. If you are unhappy with your Big Bank, I would encourage anyone thinking of moving to a new Bank or if you are new to Lebanon TN., take a close look at this Bank you will not be disappointed!

  We used BankTennessee for a construction loan and couldn't be happier. Not only did we get the best financing possible, but they walked us through every step of the process. Stephen, the Branch Manager, was informative, helpful, and has always made us feel like a priority. We will refer them to all of our friends and family. Highly recommend!

  I have never had a bad experience with Bank Tennessee. They are geared for personal service and they make sure your banking needs are top priorityAll of the staff is geared to respond quickly and accurately. My wife and I have been doing business with BankTennessee for the past en years and would never change.
