  I called this location to see if they sold American Express travelers checks, since my bank doesn't. The fee was only 1% and there was no extra charge for me - as a non-account holder - to purchase them. I had previously called another chain to request travelers checks and they only offered the service to account holders. Also, the teller knew exactly how to have me fill out the paperwork and gave me tips for redeeming the checks. She knew what she was doing and in this modern age of casualness and inefficiency, I so appreciated the knowledge and professionalism displayed. If I ever need a new bank, BankTennessee will be a top contender.

  I am always greeted by name at this location. They are so helpful and nice with every transaction and look up my account number every time. They are also so kind to greet my daughter at every visit and give her a sucker. Thank you Bank Tennessee Forest Hill for exceptional customer service and for being my daughter's favorite bank.

  Was interested in opening a bank account but I feel like I was profiled. While cashing a check there a nice woman asked me was I interested in opening a bank account with them, the “manager” then rudely said before I could answer "no, we're not opening any account today" so distasteful and low classed of a so call “manager” I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone if this is the customer service you’ll be receiving. BOYCOTT & INVEST YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

  BankTennessee is MY bank. When I walk through the door I am known by name and I feel like I am appreciated and valued as a customer. I am not an account number to them but a person. The staff will bend over backwards to help me with my banking needs. I feel I am important to them. I also do banking business with other banks and BankTennessee has them all beat hands down! It is a joy to know they care about me and want to assist with my needs.

  I love Bank Tennessee, and really love this branch on Forest Hill Irene Road. I am recognized and called by name when I come through the door and my needs are handled quickly and professionally.
