  I have had the best experiences with Independent Bank over the last 10 years. Paula Powell has always gone above and beyond to help me with our Business Account and Personal Account with Independent Bank. They are on top of the security of the accounts and even when our business account information was stolen with no fault to Independent Bank, Paula took care of everything quickly for us and set up a new account. I personally have had a credit line account with Independent Bank and if I ever need any type of loan in the future, Independent Bank is where I will go. The Staff at the Branch in Collierville is always professional and quick to help the customer with their needs. The drive thru staff is always friendly when you go through. I would highly recommend Paula Powell with Independent Bank to anyone.

  I have three accounts and a PPP loan through Independent Bank. I have been impressed with the professionalism, accessibility, and customer service extended to me. I had an extremely complicated banking matter for which Paula and Noah have persevered with a wonderful amount of patience and friendliness. (someone made checks with my account number on them) I could not have navigated that mess without their assistance. :) I have been very pleased with Independent Bank.

  We have been with the independent bank for several years. They have the best customer service in town. Many times when we ran into issues or questions about our account, Paula Peckham who is the Vice President at the Collierville office, would call or email us directly to help solving the problem. She truly cares about the customers. We have a great banking experience there and highly recommend.

  Paula Peckham, Vice President of Independent Bank in Collierville, has been my banker for 10 years. Paula and her team have always been the most helpful and professional with any request or need I’ve ever brought to them.   Absolutely the best customer service ever personally and for the small business. They take their time and answer our questions and make sure we are taken care of. The whole staff is great, but I want to point out that Paula is the absolute best. Always willing to work with us. Thanks!
