  I absolutely can not stop raving about Liz and her team! They took a very stressful situation and made it seem so easy. Since my very first conversation with Liz, I was highly impressed and knew I would be in good hands during my mortgage process. Any questions or concerns I had were always addressed in a timely manner. Everyone was organized, knowledgeable, and very polite. I have no complaints about my experience with Liz and her team.   Angela took all my phone calls, patiently went over all the information and answered my questions. She gave me a few options and explained them so I could choose the best option for me. She also worked closely with my real estate agent, which was very important to be able to make an offer on a house that was competitive in this tight market.

  Liz Taylor and her ENTIRE TEAM were absolutely amazing. First time home buyer, with a ton of questions, and never did we feel like an inconvenience. We always felt like we were their #1 client.   What an amazing experience!!!! From start to finish Liz and the whole team we’re amazing to work with. Everything was made simple for us and they checked in with us throughout the entire process.   The question was "What part of my experience with Banksouth made the difference." To put it simply, Liz Taylor. Everything else was the normal jumping through hoops with a mortgage company, but Liz's genuine care for her customer's made all the difference. She took time to understand my entire situation, listen to my wants and needs, and then provided service and advice that took something scary, like financing the construction of a home, and made it easy. She answers the phone, answers your questions, and does so with a smile you can hear. 5 stars, 10 out of 10.

  I was referred to Liz from a friend. He stated she was the best and guess what, she is. Over the last year, I bought my retirement home, refinanced a rental property, and refinanced by retirement home without a single problem. Every time I called or texted, she would get back with me. Not one time did she not respond to a left message. She does exactly what she says. I would also like to thank her team. They worked flawless.
