  Have been using the app to deposit checks for 3 years, never had an issue. Just put a 2 week hold on my deposit with no explanation. Not the bank it used to be when it was Fidelity Bank. When this check clears I'm closing this account and using Wells Fargo!

  I walked in at the end of the day and was graciously helped by a personal banker. She helped me set up a totally free checking account. She was so helpful and you can't beat free! I would highly recommend this bank given my experience.

  Fidelity bank was very new to me. I thought it was a small local bank. I however learned that it is a fast growing bank around Atlanta, GA. I was impressed by staff in the banks. In particular, store manager, Cody Beam, including the workers, was so kind and responded nicely, timely, and properly manner whatever I brought to them. Therefore, I opened my business account, and business credit card. Then I also opened my personal checking account and my personal credit card.   Awful, Customer service I've been banking there a long time. Had a one lady pose as a manager then when confronted about lying she recounted her statement to clarify that she was the assistant to the bank manager.

  Absolutely ridiculous staff - can't even provide a correct fax number. Put me in risk of losing a deal. Can not wait to close all of my accounts and move on. Community bank doesn't always mean better service.

  Recently someone fraudulently used my debit card and the bank would do nothing to protect my money. After making me we 2 weeks to tell me they are doing nothing about it.
