  Working with Sue Ann to refinance my home was an incredible experience, as she made the entire process effortless from beginning to end. Always there to explain or talk through each step, she made sure I was informed at every point along the way and that all necessary paperwork/documents were complete and submitted accordingly. The closing was smooth and easy, and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Honestly cannot recommend working with Sue Ann enough!

  Our experience was very good, however the processor was a negative because she was lacking in her communication skills in assisting us. There was no clarification on her part to us about things she wanted done or was asking for nor did she reply back to emails. Other than that I would recommend Team Guthman because Sue Ann and her assistant, Allison Johnson were very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us to obtain our vacation home. Thank you Sue Ann and Allison!

  Very professional and so easy to work with. Initial loan application went very smoothly even though our finances were somewhat unusual. Refinanced twice and in both cases the process was seamless and surprisingly low cost. I never imagined such a big reduction in the monthly payment or having such a low rate.
