      Their ATMs close to me have been out of service for weeks. The town location has an atm and on days the bank is closed there is an extremely long line. This is an unacceptable customer experience to have to endure when you consider using another atm results in high charges from WF and the other bank.

      Beautiful bank and conveniently located in downtown Seneca. The staff is very friendly. It's virtually impossible to get in touch with the local branch via phone. It took us three days of calling to finally get someone to answer the phone so we get set up an appointment. We understand that a lot of businesses are under extreme stress during the pandemic.

      MOST PEOPLE IN SENECA SC WANT TO PULL THEIR MONEY OUT FOR A DIFFETENT BANK. ATMS ARE FOREVER OUT AT BI LO SHOPPING NOW ALL 3 INCLUDING MAIN BRANCH HAVE NO MONEY..YOU GO INSIDE AND THEY SAY OH WELL SHRUG SHOULDERS AND JUST DO N T CARE. TTHEY SAY THEY CANNOT CASH ANY LARGE CGECKS ABD THEY ARE OUT OF MONEY?????

      Just had to take my 3 year old daughter to pee out in the rain in the bushes because they don't have a bathroom for customers. I know most of the time people are not in there a long time, but you never know when someone needs to go.

      They never fix there ATM's so you have to drive to the main branch sit in line for 20 minutes because the lines so long . It's getting ridiculous.

      I had a problem trying to go paperless... I tried over the phone ... no hope.. I went straight to the bank.. a member of the staff was a great help.. now I'm paperless..

      I have 2 accounts in my name and share a joint account with my husband that he pays payroll out of. I came thru the drive thru and withdrew $2500.00 from our joint account with the debit card for that account. The teller with (long curly black hair and glasses) took it out of my personal account. I thought you received money from the account that the debit card is Actually Connected To.

      Would not allow me to withdrawal more than $1k cash on 2-28-20. I had enough funds in my checking to cover the withdrawal however they would not give me access to MY money. Teller was unsympathetic and had no solution to offer. Didn't believe all the news stories on how Wells Fargo was corrupt but now I know. Maybe all the lawsuits should have been an indicator. Me and my family with be closing all Wells Fargo accounts ASAP.

      This is by far the best branch I have been to for Wells Fargo ever. The whole staff was pleasant and helpful from the moment I walked in and even until after I left. When I arrived I was unsure of what to do to complete the transaction I was looking to. The staff immediately asked if I needed any help and helped however they could. Specifically the teller Dylan, I'm sorry I don't recall his last name though I believe it is Miller, was exceptionally nice to me and incredibly helpful. He had a smile on his face from the beginning of our transaction to the end of the transaction. Truly this location was a delight. Edit: Additionally inforgot to mention this, but this was all the day before Thanksgiving. The have such a positive and pleasant staff the day before a major holidy truly reflects how wonderful this location it.

      Opened up a checking account in my name I didn't need and also sign me up for a car insurance I didn't need on my used Suburban. No longer a fan closing my accounts and switching my home loan to a different bank hopefully. I wouldn't recommend Wells Fargo to any of my worst enemies let alone my friends. The people that work here are great they deserve 5 stars and I hope they find a different job. Sorry Wells Fargo you flushed yourself
