  Rotten and corrupt bank. Mainly this branch. False promises and inexperienced employees. Racism and favoritism brevant. Stay away. Go to another branch you will get more favorable results. Or call customer service. This branch should be decommissioned and all employees associated with it terminated. 🙄 what a awful 😖 shame 😢 😞

  Came in to open an account today. Halfway through the agent told me she needed to go ask about something and that it had nothing to do with me and that her computer was having problems. She took a piece of paper from her desk and left the room for 5 minutes. When she came back she immediately told me I had not passed the banks credit check and they could not give me an account. No problemo, this happens all the time as I have a charge from 2006 from a now defunct bank that flags these systems. I've explained this before and been able to resolve this each time. I left the bank though. When it comes to a relationship as important and one between a person and their bank trust is paramount. Lying to my face in our first interaction about something so trivial is not a good way to start this relationship.

  For one of the largest bank buildings in the area, they couldn’t think or care enough to put an ATM machine on inside of building. Had to stand outside in the drivethru, which is always a bit awkward and not that safe. Then had to pay one of the largest ATM fees I’ve seen anywhere ($3.50) to take money out with alternative bank card in order to deposit and open up new bank account here. Given I was a new potential customer, the male teller was less than friendly, bordering on grouchy. Already thinking twice about this bank.

  Love this bank for the atm fee reimbursements. Bill is a super helpful person for small business owners, and I only take off a star because service there otherwise can be a bit hit or miss. This branch is particularly fast and nice.

  Great bank. Glad I switched to them. Reimbursement for ATM fees and the ATMs let you withdraw as little as $5. Bank local

  The Holyoke office is horrible, customer service deplorable, Managment snarky and no help! Nadean Eaddy their "Senior Teller" was rude and took my questioning of bank policy personally. THEY ARE THE WORST!

  I agree with the last review i'm another customer and highly satisfied with this bank ESB no problems they help me allot vs other national banks they dont care and made it very dificult for me you want less bs go localy
