Jonathan Vinagre1Worst experience EVER. I am abroad and I let them know in advance I would be out of the country. They ensured me I was all set. When I got off the plane my card didn’t work. I had to call the bank. They fixed it but then after 2 days it stopped working again. I have to get up at 1 in the morning because of the time difference to call. Each time I’ve called (3 times) they say they’ve fixed it but my card still doesn’t work the next day. So basically I’m stranded in a foreign place without a form of payment or the ability to take cash out. If I could give a negative star rating I would. When I get back home I’m removing my money from the account and closing it permanently.

Our fraud prevention department constantly monitors all transactions, particularly transactions abroad. At times, cards are shut down immediately for your protection to avoid further fraudulent activity. We reached out to the Fraud department to make sure your account is properly coded with the correct destination. You shouldn’t expect future interruptions in service. We apologize again and wish you safe travels.

Tash Rosa5Great bank. Very clean. Very friendly and inviting environment. The staff is great too. They can and will help you with anything and everything you would need help with at a bank. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of banking and can answer every question you have in a way that you can understand too. They are also very flexible and willing to work with you if an issues should arise to solve it as quickly as possible so you can get back to your regular banking.

Shelby 9DayDetox5I don't think I could possibly convey how wonderful Pam Bronner and the team are at this branch. They literally took care of my dad when he was so confused with undiagnosed dementia. Due to the disease he had a ton of anxiety and he went into the bank frequently worried. There are so many good people in Belchertown and they sure show up at ESB. Thank you -
