      I am diabetic. I went the Belchertown location of citizens bank because I was having an overdraft line of credit issue. My blood sugar dropped and I claimed something that was not true about my account. I don't know if anyone knows what it is like to have very low blood sugar but it us easily to be confused. Its not up to tge staff to know I have it, but they didn't have to l laugh at me and taunt me. I recommend another bank.
