  Robin Mattos, Home Mortgage Consultant at Bankers Mortgage Lending, Inc. is the very, very best! Robin handled every detail of my VA mortgage loan application from the very first day through the Closing. During that time, Robin unfailingly answered every question and every concern of mine, always on a timely basis. Usually on the same day! When she didn't have the answer, she would promptly get it for me! It has now been over a year since I closed on my new home at Solivita and Robin still stays in touch with me. Months after the closing date, Robin walked me through the process of filing for the Florida Homestead Exemption with the Polk County Tax Assessor's Office. ROBIN IS THE VERY BEST!!

  I have been in the Real Estate Industry 29 years. I have done loans with this company and the founder for many years. Anytime i have had a buyer with issues or maybe a property that was unique, They would always rack their brains until we came up with a solution. They are fair with their fees too. I have even transferred customers from other lenders who were over charging my buyers with junk fees. This company is the go to for me anywhere in the State of Florida.

  I have worked with Robin now for almost 10 years. She is one of the best lenders I have worked with. You are not just another file on her desk to process. She pays attention to the details, she follows up often and when needed, and she will go to bat for you if there is a challenge and resolve the issues that arise. She is the best!!

  Yesterday (Sep 20th, 2012) I closed on my family’s dream house thanks to the help I received from Banker’s Lending – namely, Marc Hochberg. I started working with my primary banks (Wells Fargo, and CITI), as well as other mortgage brokers towards the end of August, and because I had a small window (under 30 days) between the sale of my primary property and the purchase of my new home, everyone told me I would have to negotiate an extension due to an unreasonable time frame. Needless to say, they were all wrong!!! In one last act of desperation, I went to the Miami Home and Design show over Labor Day weekend and went to every lender’s booth, searching for a miracle. I was in shock when Marc committed to closing within 13 business days, so I decided to call his bluff. That Saturday night, I sent him all of my documents, and received emails / status updates / and reassurance every day since, until the day of my closing. I want to point out that I am extremely demanding, and appreciate 2 aspects of what was accomplished: 1) The What: The processing of a $400k+ loan in less than one month; and 2) The How: The fact that Marc was absolutely on top of every last detail from the moment we first spoke up until the closing…he was extremely professional and timely every step of the way. I do not like spending time writing feedback, but given the circumstances, I felt this was the best way I could express my gratitude for someone who performed outstanding work.
