  This bank is terrible. I called to do a wire to an account here because they kept returning it and charged me $25 each time. What a scam.......... If you are asked to wire money to this bank STOP NOW! IT IS A SCAM! I called the Madison branch on 7700 mineral point Rd, they know they are part of the scheme but are ok with collecting the $50.

Per our charter as a correspondent bank, we are unable to directly assist the customers of our community bank partners with wire transactions. We do provide wiring instructions to community banks to help make the wire process easier for them and their customers, and if a bank’s customer calls us directly we have to refer them back to their bank for further assistance. When there is not enough information provided on the wire we have to return it to the originating bank.   I'd actually give 0 stars for this bank. We had to send a wire and were instructed to send it to this bank. Our personal bank then contacted us and this bank was the parent bank and said another bank was to get the wire, but we didn't have that information at the time. We were charged the original 14.95 wire fee plus another 20.00 fee when our wire was rejected. They had to charge 20.00 to say they needed more information? Obviously this bank is making their profits off of ridiculous fees to customers.

  Hi Melody, I am sorry for your negative experience during your recent wire transaction. As a correspondent bank, we work directly with community banks and per our charter are not allowed to work directly with the customers of those community banks. We provide instructions to our customer banks to help make the wire transfer process easier for them and their customers, we unfortunately are restricted from helping a bank’s customer directly if they experience a problem. If there isn’t enough information provided in the wire instructions we have to send it back the originating community bank.   I normally don't write reviews on here, but I am extremely disappointed with the website design as it is difficult and confusing to navigate let alone to just get logged in.
