  I recently switched all my banking (personal and business) from PNC to OZK. Christina Ott at this branch and her staff are absolutely amazing! I was incredibly hesitant to switch because it would be such a pain. However, Christina made is seamless, easy and pain free! I'm very happy I made the switch as know I have a banker that will respond and is incredibly helpful with anything I have an issue with. Thank you Christina and OZK!

  Not many banks can offer such great customer service locally however working with this branch from Miami has been better than any experience I've had. Thank you Christina and team for such a great experience from afar and treating me like a local consumer. You are all amazing. - I have my Personal Banking and Home Loan with Bank OZK and looking to add more.

  An unusual story about a great banker, I met Chris Ott a few months ago by accident while having dinner at the Salt Rock Grill. I was eating dinner when I turned and accidentally knocked a drink on the lady sitting at the next table. That's when I figured the end was near, to my surprise the lady was very polite and offered to buy me another one. We struck up a conversation Chris told me she worked for Bank OZK as Vice President/ Branch Manager at Belcher Road North. Chris asked me if i would be interested in banking with a good bank. I asked her about the interest rates on money market accounts which were great, I asked her to stop by my business O'Dell Trailers in Largo to talk with my son maybe we would move all our business accounts as well. Chris stopped by talked with Jim Jr. and we agreed to move the accounts to Bank OZK, Chris worked out all the details and opened the accounts in no time at all. Banking with a bank that cares about you is hard to find these days. If you value Old Fashioned Banking with someone who cares I can't say enough good things about Bank OZK and all their employees. I've stopped at several OZK branch's in the area and they all have been very pleasant do business with. If your not happy with your current bank I would recommend giving Chris Ott a call. Tell her O'Dell sent you. And then you be the judge they are the best. JRO

  BANK OZK offers the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in banking. I have banked with Chase and Bank of Americas of banking...sadly, big brands don't care about the consumer or the small business owner. Then I discovered Bank OZK and I am so glad that I did. Operates like a community bank meaning its people are very accessible. If I have question, I have direct access to a REAL person and it's answered quickly. I highly recommend anyone seeking a close personal relationship with your banker, then OZK is for you. Ask for Christine Ott in Clearwater branch - she and her team are amazing! FIVE STARS!!!

  Well, where do my husband and I begin ? There aren’t enough superlatives to describe the positive experience we’ve encountered at Bank OZK. Chris Ott and her incredible team are not only professional, brilliant and accomplished but touch that with kindness, a caring spirit with a personal touch ! Quite a combination. We would recommend this bank to anyone looking beyond the “ business as usual bank mentality!”

  When choosing a banking partner I look for ease of use, location, and someone I can count on when I need them. Christina Ott and Bank OZK fit the bill. When things got difficult she helped me, answered my questions, was incredibly responsive, and always had an answer. This is the absolute best banking experience I've ever had. Thank you, Chris!
