      Extremely unprofessional. My account has been locked for a week because the branch manager, Becky, locked it and is the only one who can unlock it. I called Friday and was told she was with a customer. I called back and told she was on lunch. After an hour or so I called again and was told that she had not been there and was on vacation until Thursday. Well, today is Thursday. I called up there to speak with her and was told by her assistant, Robin, that Becky had text her this morning and said she was taking an additional day off and would be back tomorrow. How is it that someone higher up is not able to handle this for me? I know that she can't possibly be the highest level of authority for this bank. Nobody with support can help me and it's getting frustrating.
