A SW5Karen and Elaine are amazing! I used to work for a company that uses them (and they still do, I just don’t work there anymore). I opened a couple of accounts there, and although I don’t do my main checking account with them, I really should. The customer service is just top notch, much better than what you get from big banks like BOA. It’s been like a year since I’ve been by the branch but I know my money is in good hands and ladies call to check up on things here and there. Definitely recommend this bank, especially with a banking industry that’s throwing customer service out the door.
