  This is an old fashioned bank. They will not do charge backs. Don't offer tap to pay. Treat you like a criminal. Will only notarize what they feel like. Never anyone there to do notarization. And the workers look down on everyone. They are rude and lazy. Also if you buy off eBay, they flip out and freeze your card.

  The bank its self is a great bank to have accounts with. This location takes forever in drive thru. Sitting here in line with two cars ahead of me for 15 minutes. If the lobby is closed why is drive thru so very slow.

  I have a business account with this bank, and I have found the staff at this branch to be the most friendly and helpful of any bank that I've ever dealt with. Their customer service has just been absolutely super! I also very much like Bank of the Ozarks' on-line banking services. They really help me effectively manage the money for my business.

  Worst bank in rome. I have several accounts with them and I have trouble with the staffs attitude. They have told me more than once that I can not get my own money because the vault is closed for the day. Drive through doesn't close until 6 but at 5:15 I can NOT get my own money! I will be filing complaints to the federal trade commission. This OZK branch needs to be closed down. Can not perform the duties required.

  Bank OZK is good but avoid this location. Management is subpar. Drive to another location if you like good service.

  Not a member of this bank nor will I ever be. Ignored their customers in line so they could work the drive thru. Two girls for the whole bank? I just needed to cash a check and it took 30 minutes of just standing in line! Sad sad sad. Horrible customer service.

  Exceptional service! I hadn't been there in a while as I have moved but she still remembered me! Transaction completed in less than 5 minutes. I will be driving out of my way to bank here!
