  I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was spoken to when I needed something resolved in my business account. I will be contacting the corporate office to file a complaint and withdraw my membership from this bank. I’ve never received such poor treatment

  The staff are extremely kind and helpful. They remember their customers by name and treat them as close family and friends. Brenda, the branch manager, is exceptional aways making sure your needs and concerns are addressed.

  Everytime I've ever had a problem with my account they all have gone the extra mile and then some for me!! From getting to the bottom of my messing up with my balancing on my account to waving fee's to just simply explaining my account to me when it made no sense to me at all... even though because of a divorce my credit is not good and even though I've banked serval year's with them they will not loan any $ or give me an overdraft I still continue to stay with them because of the amazing customer service they have always gave me 😍i love my bank!! 💖 Layton Branch you ALL are the best!!!

  Great people at the bank. I’ve always had the best service whenever I’ve needed anything. Friendly and knowledgeable, they move quickly with everything from deposits, wire transfers, opening accounts etc. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

  HORRIBLE costumer service by the teller. Closes earlier than all the posted hours because "they want to go home early" Manager was totally disregarding of costumer complaint and rude. Forced to take it to corporate. Will never return and will be switching banks ASAP. Go to America First, better costumer service etc. avoid this place at all costs.
