Incompetent personnel are employed here! I made a cash deposit, only to be shorted $50.00, after having reviewed my receipt. I had to WAIT till closing (the teller had to count her drawer) to confirm my claim! After my claim was upheld, the response was perfunctory, at best! Such insouciance and detachment, was aggravating and unacceptable! Inquiring about wealth management has been met with shrugged shoulders! I have a so-called “Money Market” savings account. The interest earned amounts to a paltry .08 cents per month!!! This is what’s “earned” on TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!! Countless other shortcomings I could expound upon...I rest.
