  I opened a checking and savings account with this bank a week ago. When trying to set up Zelle, I was not able to find the bank on Zelle's site. When I called the bank for assistance, I was told that I had to use the routing and checking account number to set it up. When I asked for this information over the phone, the agent refused to give it to me saying that I had to come in to the branch to show my ID. When I expressed my concerns for COVID, she was adamant that I had to come in. 1. When I opened the account, I told the teller that Zelle capabilities was a must. Why didn't she give me the account number then so that I could get it all set up when I got home? It was made clear that I needed to be able to use Zelle, but I wasn't given the appropriate information from the beginning. She wrote down an account number on a business card for me that I have now learned is an "umbrella" number, not the actual checking account number. 2. She was able to "verify my identity" over the phone using SSN and DOB, and could answer any questions about my account over the phone, but this wasn't good enough to give me the account number? I went in to the branch as directed and closed my accounts. If this is how they are starting their customer service with me, I can only imagine how bad it can get. Also, it's 2021. Step up your online banking capabilities FCCU! The tellers in the branch are very nice and agreed with me that this situation was unacceptable. I should have been given appropriate information from the very beginning.

  Bank was very helpful and customer service was good until I refinance my auto loan. I experience unusual hardships. My car was stolen and a pay off amount was sent to the bank twice over a month span and they are still telling me it hasn't been received. I don't know what is going on but no one seems able to help me. Don't refinance with this bank

  Very professional but unfortunately the loan department isn’t taking notes especially Whitney I wouldn’t recommend getting an auto loan through this establishment due to her.😔

  small parking lot ..hard to find the place when driving on Center st., if u r new to the area. There should be a big sign clear enough to see when driving on 1 way downtown streets. I reached close to the fwy. because I missed the FCCU in no time. customer service is decent

  Parking lot is small but the tellers are very polite and helpful. They always gives me details about a loan or willing to dig into what i cant and can afford when i ask about it!

  Have great intentions but they are slower than molasses in winter. The employees are slow and some of the customers are even slower. I watched one customer at the window for 30 minutes; what they could possibly have been doing all that time is a mystery. Of course there were only two tellers at the time.

  Been banking with FCCU for over 30 years! They have always been honest and fair with me. Great place to get a loan they are very efficient and fast, helps when management is on site...not some far away place. Even though I now live in Orange County they keep my cash and getting checks sent to me is as easy as a phone call. Very well run FCU.

  Never enough parking or tellers. There is almost always a line if you have time to kill this is a good place to start your day. This is the main branch so if you think other branches are gonna be different... your wrong this branch sets the standard.

  Worst bank ever they run your credit report with out giving you the proper information and then all they say is I'm sorry for the misunderstanding also they have the highest interest rates then anyone else if you want to get a good rate and great customer service golden one is the place to go ....

  The company don’t care about their employees or there customers. They have few employees to assist customers. That says a lot about any companies Ethics
