  This is the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. Waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes because the staff is incompetent. I don’t know if you have to be a jerk to work here, but just because of this branch I’ll be switching banks. Wish I could give this place less stars.

  One star is too many for this bank. They are rude, have been closed for no reason and told us to go to Modesto if we wanted to close our account. We did.

  0 star review! They will lie and then steal money from you. They say no overdrafts then continually overdraft your account. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS BANK

  They wanted to charge me $7.50 to cash a check that one of their customers wrote me from their bank. $7.50 for a $50 check? That's 15%, they are out their minds. Never would I consider doing business with an institution like this. Thiefs.

  Mattie Echols was extremely rude whilst I was closing my late husband's account. Donnalea was quite kind, however.

  Extra fees for stupid stuff. Can't even pay them with a credit card for statements from 5 years ago when you used to do business with them. Staff could be better. Closes early.

  I enjoy going to this Bank of The West, the tellers & other bank personnel are always pleasant & notice me when I go in. There are usually enough tellers on duty so the wait in line is short

  Anybody an everybody find another bank! This place is closed more than it open. Poor service when you get service. I go all the way to Escalon for my banking now as this place is horrible
