  Bank of the West I have now renamed Bank of the Worst. Their business hours are impossible and it takes more than 10 minutes to do ONE BASIC transaction at the drive-thru. I quit going inside a long time ago as I was disrespected on three different occasions by the young arrogant clerks. When I brought this up to the manager he just acted like his hands were tied DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE.

  I am not sure what Bank of the West is thinking with their hours of business. Believe it or not, there is still a portion of the working public that have to work from 8:00 to 5:00. And perhaps I am old fashion but I choose not to use their ATMs since as I have had security issues in the past. And don’t bother with making a deposit via the phone, my last deposit made that way took over 7 days to post to my account. I would totally ditch this bank but unfortunately they hold my mortgage. I would not recommend them to anyone.

  I had to wait 30 mins in the drive through for a simple cash deposit… why? It should have taken five minutes max. This is a reoccurring problem at this location. Upper management needs to come in and see what the heck is going wrong with these employees immediately.

  Waiting 30 minutes is not okay. This bank just keeps getting worse by the week it seems, then waited an additional 10 minutes for them just to deposit 3 checks into my business account. Total of 40 minutes waiting. Bank of the west you really need to start training your staff better

  Without a doubt the greatest banking experience I have ever had in my entire life. Caleb is hands down the most outstanding employee in I have ever had the pleasure to work with in any industry! He is fantastic, terrific and easily has the best hair I have ever seen. Their decision to hire him was the best trade deal in the history of trade deals, maybe ever. He is both a gentleman and a scholar. His wit and charm goes unmatched. His legend precedes him the way thunder precedes lightning. 12/10. Would definitely recommend.

  Bank of The West is NOT a Bank of there WORD! So much for having a long-term relationship with Bank of The West. They failed badly and had no explanation why or what was happening with our loan process. We have never experienced so many different hands trading of our personal information and not to mention taking 7 weeks to get approved. We have "good credit" and had everything needed upfront and readily available. Teresa Nelly, why tell us there is "NO better time to apply" than (March of 2018) and get locked in now. After we applied, we hardly ever received information keeping us in the loop. We always needing to ask for another update because many times having gaps of more than 2 weeks with no contact from our loan officers/nor the bank completing our loan. Our updates would always be the same answer, "your loan is being processed." We could tell there was a lack of communication/misunderstandings because of all the confusion and each week that continued to pass, (our loan was still being processed) and seemed to be going no where. We finally made the decision to reach out to upper management to share our story, frustration of waiting and receiving very little feedback. Mr. Shommer apologized for the problems and said he would get to the bottom of things. Within 24 - 48 hours we receive an email saying our papers are nearly ready to close. We had one final concern, that we had brought to the attention of our loan officers and Mr. Schommer "Our Interest Rate, is what?" We are NOT interested and we will go elsewhere if it's more than what we were told and expecting when we close. That rate at the time was 4.75 - 5.00%. Seven weeks of everyone's invested time and our answer is; your papers are now ready for signing and your rate is 5.50% Please let us know how you would like to proceed? We felt it was NOT necessary to respond back any longer. Too much of unnecessary wasted time. Bank of The West pushing our papers through (7 weeks) for signing and then gave us a much different rate at closing. Just Wrong and Bad business! Treasa Nelly and Chris Dolezal <(loan officers) What happened to our application (locked in) PROMOTION RATE? We applied March/2018 it's now February 26, 2019 (almost one year later) and NOT one person from Bank of The West has ever reached out to us with an explanation. This is HORRIBLE banking and far from professional! We went to Veridian Credit Union, and couldn't be happier! 4.1% interest rate and only took them 10 business days to approve our loan. What a difference in business!!!!

  Went in to open a checking account but was told I would just have to come back another day because the only person who could do such a thing was in a meeting. Seriously? They only employ one person at a time to open new accounts? Well my time us important to me and I don't like it being wasted. I went down the street to a different bank and gave them my business instead.

  Absolutely exceptional staff. They work their tails off and deserve a pat on the back Wouldn't bank anywhere else.
