  So, I absolutely loved this bank as soon as I walked in. Friendly atmosphere, and all the tellers really get to know you. When I saw one teller light up and say the name of a customer as soon as they walked in the room, I said to myself that all the word of mouth that was good was true, just based on that. Now that I've been a customer for a month plus, I can honestly say that the service they offer is so fantastic. I really appreciate the personal touch that everyone in this bank offers, and I would absolutely recommend that anyone looking for a friendly bank that actually seems to care about the clients comes here.

  I wanted to open a new account and I arrived at the bank at 8:45am. As I was waiting for the bank to open a guy came to my vehicle as he arrived and told me it was a secured lot (which it was not, nor posted as such) and told to leave. I can’t believe how rude and inconsiderate this gentleman was. I guess they don’t want any new business very bad. As a side note I arrived in my 2010 F150 king ranch and I am a white 46 year old businessman. No ski mask or sunglasses. Thank you Pinnacle Bank for welcoming me with a warm cup of coffee as I wait in thier lobby for a banker. Mayby Bank of the West got it wrong. This is the Midwest, where people have midwest values.   This bank might have the rudest people I'm the world working there. There is a banker named Amanda that really shouldn't ever have any contact with the public. They also refuse to deposit/trade in change. Worst bank ever.

  Really slow and not very polite. No reason for there to be a 20 min wait at the drive up window. Will not be continuing to go through them for my banking needs.

  Mistake after mistake and they take no responsibility for it. They even put my deposit in someone else's acct#. Customer service is even worse.
