  After years of being a Wells Fargo customer I finally got fed up enough to leave them. I found myself banking here and so happy I made the switch! Staff are always helpful both in the branch & over the phone. No issues and I 'm thankful for that.

  I've banked with Liberty First back when it was still Burlington Northern. Over the years it just seemed like the customer service is lacking. You do not feel like they care. They got so big and cooperate the small people don't matter anymore. I'm switching due to the fact they have no branches in West Lincoln, and their online bill pay system is so confusing. Just looking for a change.

  I have banked with Liberty First for a few years now. Got in a car accident and have asked for a loan. The guy helping me said he’d get back to me in the next few days. So i waited a week with no calls. I called and was expecting an update maybe but the guy hasn’t even started it yet after saying he would start it after his lunch break. I waited a WHOLE week AGAIN and he said “ope” and that he’ll check on it. I am writing this review “THREE” weeks into this now with no answer. May be time to start looking into another place peoples.. :/

  When I first opened my account there, they made every effort to not charge you fees, not any more, now they just give you the same line as any other horrible banking institution "our system is automated, we have NO choice put to charge you fees". I have 3 other accounts else where that don't charge me fees for anything, opps I was $2 short on having enough money to cover that debit, not a problem, debit denied no overdraft or returned item fee applied. Not here, they will charge you fees then charge you more, wish I could give then negative stars, 1 star is still to good 😡🤬😤

  Great customer service is great but I use to get hold of the teller fast over the phone couple months ago and now the bank teller doesn't answer the phone anymore and you on hold for more 30 minutes waiting on the phone. Every else is quick for costumer service

  The best Credit Union, always have lower rate, great customer service. Their service is always top notch and I will not think twice to recommend because I have successfully gotten all of my business from them. Highly recommend!

  Jorge and Tyler were the most helpful people I’ve ever worked with at a bank. Most banks weren’t even trying to help and those guys worked hard to get my a loan for a car I love at a great monthly payment!! Jorge helped me find ways to help boost my credit and since then my credit score has jumped over 50 points! I highly recommend going through them for financing or even refinancing! Thanks guys! I appreciate all the hard work you did for me! Can’t wait to come back in the future for future house and car loans!

  They charge a fee to pay online and $15 to pay over the phone which leaves mailing a check for payment or driving to their office. Not customer friendly at all. Take a big leap into the 21st century and make payment options more convenient

  If you wish to make a payment to a loan utilizing a third-party credit card, we are able to accept the payment through a third-party payment system, who charges a minimum of $15 per transaction, with the fee amount increasing for higher transaction amounts. We only pass through the minimum fee of $15. However, there are several ways to get money into your Liberty First deposit accounts and make a loan payment without a fee, including originating a transfer from a third party financial institution through our online or mobile banking platform, utilizing online or mobile banking to transfer funds from one of your Liberty First accounts, or making the payment or deposit at one of our six locations (or at thousands of shared branching locations) or by simply utilizing our remote deposit capture feature to deposit a check through our mobile app. and subsequently making your payment. Otherwise, mailing a check or sending a wire are also an option if all others are not preferred.

  Kendra was very efficient and extremely helpful with helping us through a new construction loan She went out of her way to make sure my questions were answered, even during off hours. Great asset to your team.

  Great Credit Union small town feel with big city services and products. Never had a problem weather I called or stopped in someone always was happy to help. Would highly recommend to others.
