James King1I am a account holder with bank of the west. This bank is so unprofessional and rude. I called the morning of 12/01/2020, trying to resolve a issue with my account and in mid explanation of my issue the lady hung the phone up in my face and constantly picked up the phone and hung it up again and again every time i called. I believe her name was Rosslyn Alfaro or atleast that is the name on the card i was given. I will constantly report this situation. This bank branch sucks!

JUAN MARTINEZ1Not professional at all. This bank is a joke. I tried to cash a check on 7/23 and I was told by Alicia Ramos, that they had no cash(????) I had 4 accounts open at the moment, that makes you think if your money is safe at this bank or not. Of course I closed all account, which they seem fine with me doing so. I'm taking my business somewhere else. Along with other problems, long list, but my advise, stay away from this bank, at least this particular one.

john smith1Terrible Bank. Rude and unprofessional employees. The only reason it has and overall rate of more than 1 star is because one of their worst employees, Rossy Alfaro, gave a 5 star. LOL Check below.

Richard Ori1This bank in general is not up to business grade service Litterally everyone passes the buck regarding comerical loan service, in house help and other important information - a rinky dink bank geared toward checking accounts not business.

Eric3Wonderful Customer service, but they close right at 5:30PM, even though they have a sign saying at 6PM. I have to wait 2 full days to have my check cleared

Jessica Crespo1Very bad service I went to withdraw money and Roslyn Alfaro told me that they did not have that amount of money and also ask too many questions as if the money was not from oneself, my husband was accompanying me and asked him to withdraw. The person Roslyn was speaking very loudly that the people who were in the bank could hear everything she asked me, they really made me and my husband very uncomfortable. How ridiculous to have to call to order money, it is assumed that if it is your money you can withdraw it whenever you want. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK.
