Pam R1I was not going to give a star at all. I visited this location yesterday. Asked the teller would I be able to get any portion of my check that I am cashing since it's a new check. She told me no but I would be getting some today and the rest on Thursday. I login my account today and found that the entire check would be available until next Wednesday. Due to pandemic, I am on a fixed income. Needing the money for gas, fuel, and bills. She did not have to lie to me. I would had cash check somewhere else so I can have money in my hands. Now trying to reach out and can't get anyone on the phone. Bad customer service. Thinking about closing account out and going to another bank.

Ken Lindberg5Not sure why this place has a 2.2 rating with 49 reviews. I am here every month for a large commercial deposit and find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Guess you'll have more haters regarding a bank, but I am happy with the service. Ken

Ariana Aviles1Worst experience with Bank of America, unfortunately they couldn’t help me, the manager: Patricia Ramirez just told me I could do my business in the ATM and that they couldn’t help me. I wonder if they couldn’t or just if they didn’t care my business. It’s a good location but the people who work there are just rude. Next time I’ll be going somewhere else and they’ll probably help me.

M ML5Excellent Customer service. There's a staff who greets clients and directs them to the right services within the bank. I appreciate the agent - Ms Betty Perez who assisted me in opening new accounts. She was friendly and very professional. She took her time, explained my options and made it easy to setup my accounts. I had a very good experience with this branch.

Qui Denise1Went there today 2/11/22 to get my new account unblock and felt like the were rushing me out of the branch because it was past 4pm. Still didn’t get anything accomplished. SMH. So now I have to go all weekend with no money because they were ready to go home

The Calvary’s1Horrible place of business! Go to another location, unless you want to wait in this long line! I’m a business owner and there was nothing they could do for me. Manager suggested I use the ATM outside to make a $50k deposit! Management at its finest!

CoriAndre Crane5This afternoon I worked with Mr. Jay Garcia on a transaction that was very quick and professional. I was very pleased with the service and support while working with Mr.Garcia. Mr. Garcia took his time, was very friendly, polite, thoroughly went over details of my transaction at least three times, was very engaging which didn't make the visit seem as tedious and burdensome, all while maintaining excellent social distancing measures. I just knew the transaction I needed to complete this afternoon was going to take a long time, however, I was in and out. Mr. Gonzalez who was monitoring the flow of customers inside the venue was also very polite and welcoming to every customer going in and out of the bank. I sincerely appreciate the great customer service and will return in the future for additional transactions. From my experience since the pandemic occurred, stellar customer service has been difficult to come by, so when I receive it, it's my obligation to acknowledge it because I understand working with the general public is not easy. Thank you so much!

Robin Powell1DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA!!I never should have chosen Bank of America because there is a reason why they average two stars but there were no other appointments available at any other banks. I deposited a completely legitimate check from my lawyers office, it was not a personal check, issued by Santander Bank which is a reputable Bank up and down the East Coast and was told that $200 of it would be available the following day but that they were putting a 7-Day hold on the balance of it. I know that most checks can clear in this technological day and age within 3 days but I figured okay, I'm on the west coast now so I guess I will have to deal with that. I went the following day to withdrawal the $200 and was told that it was not available and then I received an email stating that the balance wouldn't be released until 11 days! I do not understand why this is and have never encountered anything like this with any other bank throughout my life. I was asking them if they meant UP to 11 days and that as soon as it clears which, should only take a matter of a few days most, that the funds should be available at that time and the hold they put on it should be released, but I did not receive any understandable answer. Also their fees are high and there are never enough tellers on. With all the fees that customers have to pay I wonder whatever happened to true customer service where somebody might actually pick up a phone and call another institution or at least try to do something to iron out the matter. It's not acceptable and as soon as this check clears I'm withdrawing the whole amount and closing out my account and going to a better bank!
