  Worst bank and worst service I ever experienced. Spent 6 hrs straight on customer service call on waiting line, absolutely NO answer. Please save your time by not opening your account

  Honestly, this has to be one of the slowest branches I've come across lately. I get it, with Covid, things are expected to be slower, but the lobby is sporadically closed, even though they say the lobby is open now. Last week, I tried to go in, and was greeted to a locked door, and a note saying the lobby would he closed 4/21, but it was 4/24, so the note had been up for days. They have 2-3 folks manning the drive-thru generally, and it still take 5-10 minutes to make a deposit, even when I'm the only one in line. I've been banking here for close to 15 years, have at least 10 accounts here between personal and business, and this is the worst I've seen them. Quite frankly, I can't take it much longer. They just don't respect your time at all.

  Sub par bank No way to get debit card same day. 9 days to deposit a check Manager is kinda dumb Closing my account the moment this check clears

  My home town, go-to bank! They are courteous and friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I live within walking distance of the branch so convenient is an understatement! I like being greeted with a smile, called by name, and having a human being actually work with me to address the reason for my visit!

  Terrible customer service!! We wanted to use the bathroom she said you guys need to ask us before using the bathroom and she started yelling at us. This is not our first time to experience a bad costumer service at this branch.

  They opened 2 checking accounts without my approval and without my signatures. I was SLAMED. Also, I was on hold for 10 minutes when I called to tell them about this. Terrible customer service. I also got charged for cashing a check written from this bank's customer. No banks that I have ever done business with does this.

  Great location. Excellent customer service from the moment you walk in the door. I was greeted and assisted. No wait time. Chad Groce was very helpful in helping me open a new account. Glad I made the decision to come to Bank of the West.

  I made a late call today, but was still greeted with courtesy and professionalism by Mark Taylor, who was extremely helpful courteous and displayed the upmost professionalism. It is unfortunately, a rare event these days to experience such professionalism, which is why I wanted to acknowledge him for his courtesy. This will be my go to bank!

  Worst customer service out there! I got about half way through a simple refi, and was told by David Puckett he was too busy to look at my file. He said he call me, but he never did. The loan expired. This bank and its employees are total clowns
