Absolutely ridiculous! They only allow six transfers a month which is completely stupid so they closed my savings account without my knowledge. I also received my stimulus check which I saw through the app and now it’s disappeared. I have proof that I got it and they say they can’t find it or have no record of it. Do yourself a favor and bank with anyone else.

Let's see... they violated their own agreement, closed my account without my authorization, consent, or knowledge, and they refuse to do anything to correct the issue. Mr. Hamlin, the area manager, marked my account as "Do not reopen", but the lady in the presidents office refuses to say why. I can't speak to Mr. Hamlin because I "intimidate" him. I wonder if he's afraid of stoplights and puppies too?
