      I have been with this bank several years, they are wonderful! Even when Ive had problems with my account, my local branch is extremely helpful and sympathetic when there were unauthorized charges. The staff at any branch is great! Great place to trust!

      Lol if I could give this bank a -5 🌟 I would! The rookie customer service rep for no reason has a bad attitude every time I go there. I called the bank manager to inform him of the situation and he didn't seem very motivated about addressing the situation...... So I went to Wells Fargo and opened an account! To anyone who wants to open an account at San Juan DON'T! Wells Fargo is the place to go, and you won't have to deal with a 65 yr old lady "mad at the world" attitude like the bank of san juan!!!!

      I've used this bank for several years and have no complaints. The nearest branch in Colorado Springs is a little distant, but worth making the drive now and then.

      Your hours say you open at 7:30 but when I have called a little after 7:30 I get message saying I have reached you outside your normal business hours!? Doesn't make any sense to me. If your site says you open at 7:30 then you should answer phones that time as well.
